The package is designed for sole proprietorships, LLCs and corporations with standard accounting: up to about 200 entries per month, one business bank account and operations in a single canton. For holdings, international operations or high volumes, contact us for a custom quote.

How does onboarding with the partner fiduciary work?

Accepted Answer

After the free consultation, you connect to your fiduciary via association code on AccountEX. The fiduciary sets up the chart of accounts, imports historical data (if needed) and guides you through uploading your first documents. Activation typically takes less than a week.

Can I migrate data from my current fiduciary or from Excel/Bexio?

Yes. During the current promotion, free data migration: chart of accounts, open items and historical entries from Abacus, Banana, Bexio, Excel or CAMT.053 export. The partner fiduciary assists the process.

Can I see what the fiduciary does in real time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You and your fiduciary work on the same AccountEX platform: every entry, approved document and VAT balance is visible on the dashboard in real time. No «black box» — you have full transparency on your accounting.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Accepted Answer

Data is stored exclusively in Switzerland, in Tier IV certified data centres in Zurich and Geneva. AES-256 encryption, 2FA and CO art. 957a compliant archive. AccountEX is nFADP compliant; DPA available on request.

What if I need extra tax consulting?

The standard package covers ongoing bookkeeping, VAT, closing and ordinary tax return. For specialist consulting (restructuring, international tax, estate planning) the partner fiduciary can offer additional services at agreed hourly rates — always with a quote first.

Can I switch to self-service (CHF 5.95/month) later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you prefer to manage accounting yourself in future, you can switch to AccountEX self-service software keeping all historical data. Your fiduciary provides complete exports and the transition is guided.

Is CHF 997/year really all inclusive?

Accepted Answer

For a standard SME yes: software, managed bookkeeping, quarterly VAT, annual closing and tax return. No surcharge for users, OCR or compliance features. Complex cases (structured corp., multi-canton, payroll) may require a supplement — we'll tell you in the free consultation before starting.
